Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "winpk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the winpk platform operated at winpk.club and the legal entity responsible for its operation.
• "Platform" means the winpk website, all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any related services accessible via winpk.club.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the winpk Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account associated with a unique email address and winpk login credentials.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the native currency of the winpk Platform.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer titles, slots, instant-win products, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of the Platform, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and other available markets.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by winpk prior to processing withdrawals.

Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winpk Platform or creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. winpk strictly prohibits use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Online casino gaming and sports betting is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole and personal responsibility to verify compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager on winpk.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unconditionally prohibited.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the winpk Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and winpk.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

winpk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the winpk Platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a player Account. The following conditions apply to all winpk Accounts:

• One account per player. Each individual may hold only one winpk Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device, or other identifying information — are a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and maintain accurate details throughout the life of the Account. winpk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpk login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. winpk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Notification of breach. You must notify winpk immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or winpk login credentials.
• KYC verification. winpk reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage. KYC is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be required before processing subsequent withdrawals at winpk's discretion. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the winpk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all financial transactions:

• Supported methods. winpk currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported methods are subject to change; current options are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
• Minimum deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your winpk Account. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
• Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. winpk may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to the first withdrawal from a new Account.
• Processing times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed within the cashier section. winpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory screening processes.
• Currency. All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in PKR. winpk does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR-denominated transactions.
• Prohibited payment sources. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• Anti-Money Laundering. winpk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All unusual transaction patterns may be subject to enhanced due diligence. winpk reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse transactions where AML concerns arise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the winpk Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook market:

• All bets placed on winpk are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where winpk's in-play cash-out feature is specifically made available for that market.
• winpk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed following a system malfunction, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in breach of any applicable rule.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any Game or sportsbook market, winpk's decision, made in good faith by reference to available evidence and official result data, shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game lobby or sportsbook market on winpk.
• Jackpot prizes on progressive slots are subject to verification and may take up to 30 days to process from the date of the triggering spin.
• winpk uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for all digital casino games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means — real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed in real time.

Bonuses & Promotions

winpk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable PKR balance. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a winpk Account at any one time, unless winpk explicitly states otherwise.
• winpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where it suspects abuse of the promotional offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using software to manipulate wagering requirements, or any form of collusion — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the winpk Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or providing false registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18 or permitting access by a minor.
• Using any software, bot, script, or algorithm to automate play, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to derive an unfair advantage from the sportsbook.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to winpk.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the integrity, functionality, or security of the Platform or its other users.

Breach of any prohibition in this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any pending balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the winpk Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and data — is the intellectual property of winpk or its licensed third-party game and content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from the winpk Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of winpk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• winpk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
• winpk shall not be liable for any loss of funds, lost profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or unauthorised access to your Account.
• winpk's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to winpk in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits winpk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

winpk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players on the Platform. The following tools and policies form part of winpk's Responsible Gaming framework:

• Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their Account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits. Players may set reminders that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion. Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion via the 24/7 winpk support channel. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Age verification. winpk operates a strict 18+ policy. Any Account found to be registered by or accessible to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited pending investigation.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to you or others, please make use of the self-exclusion tools available on winpk and seek support from appropriate organisations in your local area.

Account Suspension & Closure

winpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• winpk has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of any applicable law.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under winpk's Responsible Gaming policy.
• winpk is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

On closure of an Account for breach of Terms, winpk may withhold any outstanding PKR balance pending investigation. Balances in Accounts closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to outstanding KYC requirements.

Privacy

winpk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at winpk.club/privacy-policy. By registering an Account with winpk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winpk does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the applicable licensing framework under which winpk operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winpk's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. winpk's internal dispute resolution process requires a written complaint to be submitted to winpk support, following which winpk will issue a written determination within 28 days.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.

Amendments to These Terms

winpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, winpk will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Continued use of the winpk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting winpk support.
